Medicare
If you receive a referral and a ‘Mental Health Care Plan’ from your GP, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $137.05 per session for up to 10 clinical psychology sessions per calendar year.
To arrange Medicare-subsidised psychology sessions, you will need a referral from a GP prior to the appointment. Your doctor will assess your mental health and determine if you are eligible to access funding under the Medicare scheme.

​Private Health Insurance
Private health insurers may rebate part of the cost of psychological sessions. Contact your health insurance provider to find out if you are covered.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please advise us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

Accessibility
We endeavour to ensure that everyone can access our services, regardless of income. Chat with us for fee information if you are experiencing financial difficulty.
Telehealth Services
Mind Map Psychology Clinic has Telehealth appointments by phone or video to offer flexibility. A video link will be sent or you will receive a call at your scheduled appointment time.
Telehealth appointments are charged at the same fee as an in-person session (rebates can still be accessed).
